This vintage Kigu Chérie powder compact lets form and texture carry the ornament. Its rounded triangular case is worked with closely spaced wave-like lines, framed by a smooth gold-tone border. Inside, radiating ribs surround a circular powder well, while a patterned hinged inner cover adds another layer of detail.

The Chérie name and PATENTED mark are visible inside the case. A circular mirror sits within the triangular lid, its age-related deterioration clearly shown in the photographs.
