Description

White blossoms and curling leaves dance across vivid pink, a little garden with no intention of being quiet.

This vintage Stratton powder compact pairs a bright pink ground with stylised white flowers, grey-purple foliage, and small gold-coloured accents. The decoration is floral rather than geometric, framed by a softly rounded triangular gold-tone case. A finely patterned reverse provides a quieter contrast to the exuberant lid.

Inside, a mirror sits in the lid above the powder compartment. The seller’s notes confirm that a sifter and puff accompany the compact. It is recorded as new old stock in excellent overall condition, beginning to show signs of age.
